No. Each client gets a unique secure link to their portal, no signup, no password. If they want a full login with saved preferences, that's available too.

Can multiple stakeholders on the client side access the portal?

Yes. You can issue separate contact-level access per site or per client, so a building manager and a strata director each see their own scope.

Is the client portal mobile-friendly?

Yes, it's fully responsive. Clients open it on their phone walking through a site and it works.

Can I disable the portal for specific clients?

Yes. Portal access is toggled per client. Some clients prefer email-only, some prefer self-serve. You choose.
