How long is compliance data kept?
Forever, for the life of your provvio account. We don't age-off visit records, photos, or GPS. Your audit trail is complete.
Can I export an audit trail to share with a client or auditor?
You can share the underlying visit evidence, including GPS, photos, notes, and checklist completion, when a client or auditor needs proof. If you want a polished client-facing PDF, each completed visit also has its own report.
Does provvio meet any specific compliance standards?
We're SOC 2 on the roadmap. Today, our architecture follows industry best practices (encrypted in transit and at rest, role-based access, immutable audit logs). Talk to us about your specific requirements.
What counts as a 'missed' visit?
A visit the crew didn't check into by the scheduled end time. Missed visits are flagged, logged with a reason if provided, and counted in compliance metrics.
