What if the crew forgets to check in?

The visit stays visible as incomplete until the crew starts it. Office staff can spot misses quickly from the dashboard and follow up before the client does.

Does it drain the phone battery?

No. We don't track continuously. We only capture GPS at check-in, check-out, and when photos are taken. Typical phone use for a full shift adds under 3% battery.

Can I set custom geofence sizes?

Yes. Each site has a radius you can tune, from 25 metres for a small house to 500 metres for a shopping centre or industrial yard.
