Assigning Checklists to Sites

Link checklist templates to your sites

Once you've created a checklist template, you need to assign it to one or more sites. This tells provvio which checklist should be used when your team visits that site.

How to Assign a Checklist

From the Site:

  1. Go to Sites and open the site
  2. Go to the Checklists tab
  3. Click Assign Checklist
  4. Select the template from the dropdown
  5. Click Save

From the Checklist Template:

  1. Go to Checklists and open the template
  2. Go to the Sites tab
  3. Click Assign to Site
  4. Select the site(s) from the list
  5. Click Save

Multiple Checklists per Site

A site can have multiple checklists assigned to it. This is useful when:

  • Different visits require different checklists (e.g., daily clean vs weekly deep clean)
  • Multiple services are performed at the same location

When checking in, the team member will select which checklist to use for that visit.

Removing a Checklist Assignment

  1. Open the site
  2. Go to the Checklists tab
  3. Click the remove icon next to the checklist you want to unassign

Note: Removing a checklist assignment doesn't delete the template or any past visit data. It just means that checklist won't appear as an option for future visits at that site.

Tips

  • Assign checklists before your team starts visiting a site
  • Review assignments periodically: if a client's service scope changes, update the checklists accordingly
