• Advanced analytics dashboard (trends, heatmap, leaderboards, site rankings)
• Compliance audit trail with GPS proof
• Active crew map showing who's on-site right now

How to Choose

Ask yourself:

1. Do my clients want their own portal access? If yes, Pro.
2. Do I want my own branding (or no Provvio attribution) on PDFs and emails? If yes, Pro.
3. Do I want SMS reminders and completion notifications? Pro, and you'll need to complete A2P 10DLC verification at /sms-consent (US only).
4. Do I want analytics, compliance audit, or the live crew map? Pro.

If you only need GPS-verified visits and basic PDFs, Essentials is enough.

Changing Plans

You can switch between plans, change seats, or change billing interval at any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
