How to Choose

Ask yourself:

How many active cleaners do I need? Starter covers 3, Crew covers 15, Fleet is unlimited.
Do I want SMS reminders and completion notifications? Choose Crew or Fleet, and complete A2P 10DLC verification at /sms-consent (US only).
Do I want analytics, compliance audit, or the live crew map? Choose Crew or Fleet.
Do I want no Provvio attribution on PDFs and emails? Choose Fleet.

If you only need GPS-verified visits, branded reports, and a client portal for a small team, Starter is enough.

Changing Plans

You can switch between plans or change billing interval at any time from Settings → Billing. If a lower tier cannot cover your active team size, you'll be asked to deactivate members first.

Tip: Use the Crew trial to test the client portal, reports, SMS, analytics, and team workflows before choosing the paid tier that fits your team size.
