Creating Your Account
Register, verify your email, and set up your organisation
Getting started with provvio takes just a few minutes. Here's how to create your account and get set up.
Step 1: Visit the Registration Page
Go to provvio.com/register and you'll see the sign-up form.
Step 2: Enter Your Details
Fill in the following information:
- Full name: Your first and last name
- Email address: This will be your login email. Use a work email if possible.
- Password: Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters)
- Organisation name: The name of your business (e.g., "ABC Cleaning Services")
Step 3: Verify Your Email
After submitting the form, we'll send a verification email to the address you provided. Click the link in that email to verify your account.
Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
Step 4: Pick a Plan and Start Your Trial
Once verified, you'll be taken through a quick setup wizard to confirm your business details and choose between Essentials and Pro. Enter payment details once at setup, and your 14-day trial begins. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
What Happens Next?
You land on the dashboard where you can add clients, sites, checklists, and team members from the sidebar.
