Creating Your Account

Getting started with provvio takes just a few minutes. Here's how to create your account and get set up.

Step 1: Visit the Registration Page

Go to provvio.com/register and you'll see the sign-up form.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

Fill in the following information:

Full name: Your first and last name
Email address: This will be your login email. Use a work email if possible.
Password: Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters)
Organisation name: The name of your business (e.g., "ABC Cleaning Services")

Step 3: Verify Your Email

After submitting the form, we'll send a verification email to the address you provided. Click the link in that email to verify your account.

Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

Step 4: Pick a Plan and Start Your Trial

Once verified, you'll be taken through a quick setup wizard to confirm your business details and start a 14-day Crew trial. No payment details are required to start.

What Happens Next?

You land on the dashboard where you can add clients, sites, checklists, and team members from the sidebar.
