What Clients See

Client portal features overview

When your clients log into the provvio portal, they get a clean, simple view of their service activity. Here's what they can access.

Dashboard

The portal dashboard shows:

  • Recent visits: The latest visits across all their sites
  • Upcoming jobs: Scheduled upcoming services
  • Quick stats: Total visits this month, sites serviced, etc.

Visit Reports

Clients can view detailed visit reports including:

  • Date, time, and duration of each visit
  • Who performed the visit
  • GPS check-in/out verification
  • Completed checklist items
  • Notes and photos from the visit
  • Download the PDF report

Site Overview

For each of their sites, clients can see:

  • Visit history
  • Assigned checklists
  • Upcoming scheduled jobs

What Clients Can't See

The portal is read-only. Clients cannot:

  • Modify any data
  • See your other clients
  • Access your team information
  • View billing or pricing
  • See internal notes (unless you choose to include them in reports)

Tips

  • Walk your clients through the portal the first time: a quick 5-minute demo goes a long way
  • Point out the "Download PDF" feature so they know they can get reports themselves
  • The portal updates in real-time, so clients can see visits as they happen
