What Clients See

Client portal features overview

When clients log into the provvio portal, they get a clean, on-brand view of their service activity.

Dashboard

The portal dashboard shows:

  • Recent visits across all their sites
  • Upcoming jobs - scheduled services
  • Quick stats - visits this month, sites serviced, compliance rate

Visit Detail

For each visit, clients can see:

  • Date, time, and duration
  • Who performed the visit
  • GPS check-in/check-out verification
  • Completed checklist items with notes
  • Captured visit proof - before / during / after photos and any item-level photos
  • A Download PDF button for the proof-of-service report

Site Overview

For each of their sites, clients can see:

  • Visit history
  • Assigned checklists
  • Upcoming scheduled jobs

What Clients Can't See

The portal is read-only. Clients cannot:

  • Modify any data
  • See your other clients
  • Access your team information
  • View billing or pricing
  • See internal notes (those are staff-only by design)

Tips

  • Walk new clients through the portal once - five minutes saves dozens of future questions
  • Point out the Download PDF button so they know they can self-serve reports
  • The portal updates in real time, so clients can see visits as they happen
