Subscription invoices and payment methods

Manage your provvio subscription, payment methods, and invoices from settings. (Looking for *visit* invoicing - marking visits as billed to your clients? See Client Invoicing.)

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Scroll to Billing History
  3. You'll see every past invoice with date and amount
  4. Click Download on any invoice for a PDF

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save

The new card is used for all future charges.

Billing Cycle

  • provvio bills on a regular cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your interval) on the anniversary of your sign-up
  • Invoices are emailed to the account owner
  • Failed payments are retried automatically over the following days

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll get an email notification
  2. Stripe retries a few times
  3. If it keeps failing, your account may be restricted
  4. Update your payment method to resolve

Tips

  • Keep payment details up to date to avoid service interruptions
  • Download invoices for your records and tax purposes
  • All prices are shown in your local currency
