Billing & Invoices
Subscription invoices and payment methods
Manage your provvio subscription, payment methods, and invoices from settings. (Looking for *visit* invoicing - marking visits as billed to your clients? See Client Invoicing.)
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Scroll to Billing History
- You'll see every past invoice with date and amount
- Click Download on any invoice for a PDF
Updating Your Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Save
The new card is used for all future charges.
Billing Cycle
- provvio bills on a regular cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your interval) on the anniversary of your sign-up
- Invoices are emailed to the account owner
- Failed payments are retried automatically over the following days
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You'll get an email notification
- Stripe retries a few times
- If it keeps failing, your account may be restricted
- Update your payment method to resolve
Tips
- Keep payment details up to date to avoid service interruptions
- Download invoices for your records and tax purposes
- All prices are shown in your local currency
