Trial & Billing

Every new provvio account starts on a 14-day Crew trial with no card required.

How the Trial Works

• Create your account and verify your email
• Complete the short onboarding wizard
• Land in the app on Crew for 14 days
• Add billing when you're ready, or when the trial ends

After the Trial

When the trial ends, access pauses until billing is added. Your data stays intact. Choose Starter, Crew, or Fleet from Settings → Billing to continue.

Changing Tier or Billing

1. Settings → Billing
2. Choose a tier or billing interval
3. Confirm
4. Billing updates immediately with proration where relevant

Your Data is Always Safe

Your data is never deleted just because billing changes. If billing stops, your data remains in place while access is limited until billing is restored.

Tips

• Use the Crew trial to test reports, scheduling, portal access, SMS, analytics, and team workflows properly
• Choose the paid tier that fits your active cleaner count when you add billing
