Trial & Billing

Every new provvio account starts by choosing either Essentials or Pro, then completing checkout to begin a 14-day trial.

How the Trial Works

• Pick Essentials or Pro
• Choose how many seats you need
• Enter payment details once at setup
• You won't be charged until the end of the 14-day trial

After the Trial

If you keep the subscription active, billing continues on the plan, interval, and seat count you selected. You can change any of those later from Settings → Billing.

Changing Seats or Plans

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Adjust seats, billing interval, or plan
3. Confirm the change
4. Billing updates immediately, with proration where relevant

Your Data is Always Safe

Your data is never deleted just because billing changes. If billing stops, your data remains in place while access is limited until billing is restored.

Tips

• Start the trial on the plan you actually want to evaluate
• Choose the real seat count you expect to use, you can adjust it later
• Use the trial to test reports, scheduling, portal access, and team workflows properly
