Switching between Starter, Crew, and Fleet

You can change your provvio tier or billing interval at any time. Here's how it works.

How to Change Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Choose Starter, Crew, or Fleet
  4. Optionally adjust billing interval (monthly or annual)
  5. Confirm

Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.

Upgrading tiers

When you upgrade:

  • Higher-tier features unlock right away, including SMS, advanced analytics, compliance audit, active crew map, report templates, and Fleet white-label reports
  • You're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period
  • The next invoice reflects the new price

Downgrading tiers

When you downgrade:

  • The change applies at the end of the current billing period
  • Higher-tier features keep working until then
  • After the period ends, higher-tier data and settings are paused, not deleted. Re-upgrade and they come back

Cleaner caps

Your tier controls how many active cleaners your org can have:

  • Starter covers up to 3 cleaners
  • Crew covers up to 15 cleaners
  • Fleet has no cleaner cap

If you downgrade below your current active member count, you'll be asked to deactivate members to fit the new tier before the change applies.

Changing Billing Interval

You can switch between monthly and annual billing on any paid tier. Annual is roughly 17% cheaper.

Tips

  • Use the Crew trial to evaluate portal, analytics, SMS, reports, and team workflows
  • If you're not sure about Fleet features, upgrade for a month. The prorated cost is small and you'll know quickly whether white-label reports earn their keep
