Updating Your Plan
Upgrading or downgrading your subscription
You can change your provvio plan at any time. Whether you need more features or want to scale down, the process is simple.
How to Change Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Billing in the sidebar
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan (Starter, Professional, or Business)
- Confirm the change
- Your new plan takes effect immediately
Upgrading
When you upgrade:
- New features are available immediately
- You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period
- Your next invoice reflects the new plan price
Downgrading
When you downgrade:
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You keep access to higher-tier features until then
- If you exceed the new plan's limits (e.g., team members), you'll be asked to adjust
What If I Exceed My Plan's Limits?
If you downgrade to a plan with fewer team member slots than you currently have:
- You'll be prompted to remove team members to fit the new plan
- You won't be locked out, but you'll need to resolve the overage before your next billing cycle
