Cancelling Your Subscription
How to cancel and what happens to your data
We're sorry to see you go! Here's how cancellation works.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- You'll be asked to confirm and optionally share why you're leaving
- Click Confirm Cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
•You'll lose access to the dashboard and app
•Your team members will be logged out
•Client portal access is disabled
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged again
- After your billing period ends:
What Happens to Your Data
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- During this period, you can reactivate your account and everything will be restored
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted
Reactivating
If you change your mind within 30 days:
- Log in to provvio
- You'll see a prompt to reactivate
- Choose a plan and enter payment details
- All your data is restored
Tips
- Consider downgrading to a lower plan instead of cancelling
- Export any reports or data you need before your access ends
