Cancelling Your Subscription
How to cancel and what happens to your data
We're sorry to see you go! Here's how cancellation works.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm and (optionally) tell us why you're leaving
- Click Confirm Cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
•Dashboard and mobile app access ends
•Team members are signed out
•Client portal access is disabled
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period
- You won't be charged again
- After the period ends:
What Happens to Your Data
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- Reactivating during that window restores everything as it was
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
Reactivating
Within 30 days of cancellation:
- Sign back in
- You'll see a reactivation prompt
- Choose a plan and enter payment details
- All data is restored
Tips
- If you only need a smaller setup, consider downgrading instead of cancelling
- Export any reports or data you need before access ends
