How to cancel and what happens to your data

We're sorry to see you go! Here's how cancellation works.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm and (optionally) tell us why you're leaving
  4. Click Confirm Cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

Dashboard and mobile app access ends
Team members are signed out
Client portal access is disabled
  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period
  • You won't be charged again
  • After the period ends:

What Happens to Your Data

  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • Reactivating during that window restores everything as it was
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted

Reactivating

Within 30 days of cancellation:

  1. Sign back in
  2. You'll see a reactivation prompt
  3. Choose a plan and enter payment details
  4. All data is restored

Tips

  • If you only need a smaller setup, consider downgrading instead of cancelling
  • Export any reports or data you need before access ends
