How to cancel and what happens to your data

We're sorry to see you go! Here's how cancellation works.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. You'll be asked to confirm and optionally share why you're leaving
  4. Click Confirm Cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

You'll lose access to the dashboard and app
Your team members will be logged out
Client portal access is disabled
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You won't be charged again
  • After your billing period ends:

What Happens to Your Data

  • Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • During this period, you can reactivate your account and everything will be restored
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted

Reactivating

If you change your mind within 30 days:

  1. Log in to provvio
  2. You'll see a prompt to reactivate
  3. Choose a plan and enter payment details
  4. All your data is restored

Tips

  • Consider downgrading to a lower plan instead of cancelling
  • Export any reports or data you need before your access ends
