Creating clients and sites from the app

The provvio mobile app isn't just for field work: admins can also manage their business on the go.

Creating Clients from Mobile

  1. Go to the Sites tab or Clients section
  2. Tap the + button
  3. Select New Client
  4. Enter the client details
  5. Tap Save

Creating Sites from Mobile

  1. Go to the Sites tab
  2. Tap the + button
  3. Select New Site
  4. Fill in the site details and select a client
  5. The app can use your current location as the site address
  6. Tap Save

What Else Admins Can Do

From the mobile app, admins can:

  • View and manage team members
  • See all visit reports across the organisation
  • Check the schedule for all team members
  • Review checklist completions and photos
  • Receive notifications for team check-ins and check-outs

Limitations

Some admin tasks are best done on the web dashboard:

  • Creating and editing checklist templates
  • Configuring report templates
  • Managing billing and subscription
  • Setting up the client portal
  • Detailed reporting and analytics

Tips

  • Use the mobile app for quick tasks on the go
  • Use the web dashboard for detailed configuration and setup
  • The app and web are always in sync: changes on one appear on the other immediately
