Personal settings, availability, and notifications on mobile

The Profile tab is your personal home in the mobile app - it's where you manage your account, availability, and notifications.

What You Can Do

  • Profile photo - upload or change a photo so admins and clients recognise you
  • Personal details - your name, email, and phone (verify with your admin if email changes are allowed)
  • Change password - set a new password from inside the app
  • Availability schedule - mark which days and times you're available, or set yourself as always available; this drives scheduling visibility for managers
  • Pending invites - see invites that are still outstanding
  • Notification preferences - control job reminders and other push notifications
  • Sign out - end your session on this device

Availability

Availability lets managers see at a glance who's around. For each day of the week you can:

  • Mark yourself available with a time window (e.g. 7 am - 4 pm), or
  • Mark yourself unavailable for that day

If your hours are consistent, set Always available instead.

Push Notifications

Push notifications are used for:

  • New job assignments
  • Pending Acceptance prompts when *Require Job Acceptance* is on
  • Schedule changes affecting you

If notifications stop working, check the Profile tab and your device's system notification settings for provvio.

Tips

  • Set realistic availability - it keeps schedules sane and stops weekend pings
  • Update your profile photo - it shows up on visit records and helps clients recognise field staff
  • Use Change password rather than sharing logins
