Using the Mobile App

The mobile app is designed for field workers. It's fast, simple, and focused on what you need to do on-site.

Home Screen

When you open the app, you'll see:

• Today's jobs: Your scheduled jobs for today
• Quick check-in: A button to check in to any site
• Recent visits: Your latest visit activity

Checking In

1. Tap on a scheduled job or use Quick Check-In
2. Select the site (if not already selected)
3. Tap Check In
4. Your GPS location and arrival time are recorded

Completing Checklists

1. After checking in, tap on the available checklist
2. Work through each item:
3. Your progress is shown at the top

Taking Photos

1. Tap the camera icon on any checklist item
2. Take the photo
3. It's automatically attached to that item
4. You can take multiple photos per item

Checking Out

1. When you're done, tap Check Out
2. Confirm you want to end the visit
3. Your departure time and GPS location are recorded
4. The visit report is generated automatically

Navigation

Use the bottom tab bar to navigate between:

• Home: Today's overview
• Schedule: Your upcoming jobs
• Sites: Browse all sites
• Profile: Your account settings

Tips

• The app works best on a modern smartphone with GPS enabled
• Tap-and-hold on photos to preview them before submitting
• Pull down to refresh any screen for the latest data
