Completing Checklists
Working through items, adding notes, photos, and instructions
After checking in to a site, you work through the assigned checklist to record what was done during the visit.
Opening a Checklist
- After checking in, the assigned checklist opens automatically
- You see all the items listed in order
- Any items marked Required must be completed before you can check out
Completing Items
For each checklist item:
- Tap the item to expand it
- Read any instruction text or tap the instruction photo if one was included by the admin
- Take a photo if Require photo is on
- If Require before/after photos is on, you'll be prompted for a *before* shot and an *after* shot
- Add a note if Require notes is on
- Tap to mark the item complete
Adding Optional Notes and Photos
Even when not required, you can add notes and photos to any item:
- Tap the item to expand it
- Tap Add Note or Add Photo
- Notes and photos are saved on the item and included in the visit report
Working with Sub-Items
If an item has sub-items:
- Tap the parent item to expand
- Complete each sub-item individually
- The parent item is marked complete when all sub-items are done
Progress Tracking
A progress bar at the top shows how far through the checklist you are.
Tips
- Work through items in order - it's the most efficient approach
- Pay attention to instruction photos for the standard your client expects
- Don't skip required items - the checklist won't let you check out until they're done
