Completing Checklists

Working through items, adding notes, photos, and instructions

After checking in to a site, you work through the assigned checklist to record what was done during the visit.

Opening a Checklist

  1. After checking in, the assigned checklist opens automatically
  2. You see all the items listed in order
  3. Any items marked Required must be completed before you can check out

Completing Items

For each checklist item:

  1. Tap the item to expand it
  2. Read any instruction text or tap the instruction photo if one was included by the admin
  3. Take a photo if Require photo is on
  4. If Require before/after photos is on, you'll be prompted for a *before* shot and an *after* shot
  5. Add a note if Require notes is on
  6. Tap to mark the item complete

Adding Optional Notes and Photos

Even when not required, you can add notes and photos to any item:

  • Tap the item to expand it
  • Tap Add Note or Add Photo
  • Notes and photos are saved on the item and included in the visit report

Working with Sub-Items

If an item has sub-items:

  1. Tap the parent item to expand
  2. Complete each sub-item individually
  3. The parent item is marked complete when all sub-items are done

Progress Tracking

A progress bar at the top shows how far through the checklist you are.

Tips

  • Work through items in order - it's the most efficient approach
  • Pay attention to instruction photos for the standard your client expects
  • Don't skip required items - the checklist won't let you check out until they're done
