Completing Checklists
Working through items, adding notes and photos
After checking in to a site, you can work through the assigned checklists to record what was done during the visit.
Opening a Checklist
- After checking in, you'll see the available checklists for this site
- Tap on a checklist to open it
- You'll see all the items listed in order
Completing Items
For each checklist item:
- Tap the item to mark it as complete
- If a photo is required, you'll be prompted to take a photo
- If notes are required, you'll be prompted to add a note
- A tick appears next to completed items
Adding Optional Notes
Even when notes aren't required, you can add them to any item:
- Tap the item to expand it
- Tap Add Note
- Type your note
- The note is saved and included in the visit report
Adding Optional Photos
Similarly, you can add photos to any item:
- Tap the item to expand it
- Tap Add Photo
- Take a photo or select from your gallery
- The photo is attached to that checklist item
Working with Sub-Items
If an item has sub-items:
- Tap the parent item to expand it
- Complete each sub-item individually
- The parent item is marked complete when all sub-items are done
Progress Tracking
As you complete items, a progress bar shows how far through the checklist you are. This helps you make sure nothing gets missed.
Tips
- Work through items in order: it's the most efficient approach
- Add photos even when not required if something notable happened (damage, mess, etc.)
- Don't skip required items: the checklist can't be completed until all required items are done
