Customising report layout (Pro)

Note: Report templates are available on Pro.

Report templates let you customise how your proof-of-service PDFs look. Choose which sections appear, set colours, and add header/footer text.

Accessing Report Templates

  1. Go to Settings → Reports
  2. Create a template and set it as the default

What You Can Configure

Per template:

  • Sections: show or hide logo, GPS map, duration, photos, checklist, notes
  • Colours: primary and accent colours
  • Header text: appears at the top of every page
  • Footer text: appears at the bottom (handy for terms, contact info, or thank-you copy)

Default Template

If you haven't created a template yet, provvio uses a sensible default layout that respects your Settings → Branding colours and logo.

Tips

  • Upload a high-quality logo in Settings → Branding - report templates pull from there
  • Keep reports clean - too much information overwhelms clients
  • Generate a PDF after each change to confirm the layout looks the way you expect
  • Combine with white-label to remove the Provvio attribution from PDFs entirely
